Brief description of company and business model
Worldcoo develops and implements different solidarity fundraising channels to help NGOs implement their social and cooperative projects around the world. It is achieved thanks to the collaboration between employees and clients of different types of companies, who have the opportunity to show their solidarity commitment through micro-donations in payment gateways or online platforms.

CEO + Founding team. Brief description of trajectory

In 2012, Aurelio Bou and Sergi Figueres created Worldcoo with the aim of finding a new mechanism to help NGOs find the economic resources necessary to implement their projects. Since then, Worldcoo has worked to create new and better collection models that, with the collaboration of several companies, could help social entities to promote their projects.

Initially they specialized in online sales companies through the solidary widget, an online button that allows adding a social euro when making the purchase. Now, they have gone a step further and this same option is also offered in physical stores through “Redondeo Solidario”.
